Blue Sky Ketubah by Daniel Azoulay

A lovely and lyrical composition, the Blue Sky Ketubah is filled with the love poetry of Song of Songs and with ornamental elements of abundance and growth.

A careful balance is maintained between the exhilarating rhythm of the organic motifs, the words of King David and the inherent constraints of the format of a square.

It is vivacious and composed, at the same time.  This is enhanced by the gradient celestial blue background layer of the paper cut, making the ketubah a work of timeless art.

Giclee lythography, paper cut, 24 karat gold leaf
